A gated community in the high desert, minutes from Cave Creek.
Lone Mountain sits on the western side of Cave Creek in the high Sonoran Desert, entered from the road of the same name through a single gate under a monument wall. Parcels are large, houses sit well back from the street, and the saguaro stands between them were largely left where they were.
It is quiet behind the gate and close to everything outside it. Cave Creek's restaurants and the trailheads at Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area are minutes north, the Carefree Highway carries you west, and it falls inside the Cave Creek Unified School District.
